This page describes how pricing, trials, renewals, and cancellations work for Artist Manager OS.

1. Plans

Artist Manager OS may offer:

• a Free plan that lets you manage your data inside the app, and
• a Pro plan that unlocks certain features such as public sharing (e.g., public EPK links) and advanced automation.

Current pricing and plan details are shown in the app and/or on the checkout page at the time you subscribe.

2. 14‑Day Pro Trial (Card Upfront)

When you start a Pro trial:

• you may be required to provide a payment method upfront;
• you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges; and
• if you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Pro subscription at the end of the trial.

3. Billing, Renewals, and Failed Payments

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• If a payment fails, we (or our payment processor) may retry the charge and notify you.
• If we cannot collect payment, Pro access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel through the Service (when available) or by contacting support.
• Canceling stops future renewals. You may retain access until the end of the current billing period depending on the plan and the timing of your cancellation.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

Account Management

Updating Payment Information

Update your payment method anytime:

• Settings → Billing Information → Update Payment Method
• Changes take effect at next billing cycle

Viewing Billing History

Access invoices and payment history:

• Settings → Billing Information → View Invoices
• Invoices are emailed automatically after each charge

Pausing Your Subscription

We do not offer subscription pausing. Your options:

• Cancel: Stop billing, keep access until cycle ends, data saved 30 days
• Continue: Keep subscription active

Pricing Changes

Notice Period

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice:

• Existing subscribers maintain current pricing for their active cycle
• New pricing applies at next renewal
• You'll receive email notification of any price changes

Grandfathering

If we raise prices:

• Your current price is locked for one full billing cycle
• Example: Annual subscribers have 12 months at current price

Fair Use Policy

Unlimited Features

"Unlimited access" means:

• No limits on releases, gigs, or content cards
• No caps on storage (within reasonable use)
• No throttling of features

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to limit accounts that:

• Use automated bots or scraping tools
• Create excessive API requests (10,000+/day)
• Resell or share accounts with others
• Use the Service for illegal activities

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Taxes

Sales Tax / VAT

Depending on your location, applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added to your subscription:

• US Customers: Sales tax applied in certain states
• EU Customers: VAT included in price
• Other Regions: Local taxes may apply

Tax amounts are calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute:

1. Contact support@artistmanagementos.com within 30 days
2. Provide invoice number and detailed explanation
3. We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days

For payment disputes with your card issuer:

• Contact us first to resolve directly
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension
